- You agree to join the ‘Simpson-Daniel & Scudamore Racing’ Racing Partnership for 12 months at the cost of £1500.00 + VAT.
- This one off payment will cover lease fees, training fees, gallop fees, blacksmith costs, veterinary costs, entry fees, jockey fees, management costs and horse transport to the races.
- You will be one of twenty partners of 'Simpson-Daniel & Scudamore Racing' racing partnership registered with Weatherbys.
- You will receive one twentieth share of any prize money won by the horse, as soon as it has been paid.
- Membership is primarily for entertainment purposes and not for financial gain or investment opportunity. As with any investment, value can go up or down depending on performance.
- Membership is for personal use only and cannot be utilised for any commercial purpose.
- When the horse runs, the usual 6 or 8 (depending on the racecourse) complimentary owner badges will be allocated on a random basis, and will gain you access to all owners and trainers facilities and entry to the pre- parade ring, paddock and winners enclosure. Extra badges can be purchased from the racecourse, often at a discounted price.
- The horse will be in training with Michael Scudamore at Eccleswall Court, Bromsash.
- All final decisions relating to the horse shall be made by the trainer.
- You will receive regular updates on your horse via the website and newsletters.
- You will be able to come and see your horse at the yard as often as you like, with prior agreement with the trainer.
- At the end of the 12 month period, all members will be asked whether they wish to renew their membership.
